Returns and refunds
The Customer is granted the right to withdraw (right of reconsideration) from the concluded contract without penalty and without specifying the reasons, no later than the period of 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the product by the Courier.

The return request may be made:
- By logging in to their restricted area (for registered users).
- By using the appropriate procedure at https://www.rimosvet.com/en/module/returnmanager/manager (for non-registered users).
- By writing to customerservice@rimosvet.com communicating the references of the order and the products you wish to return.
Remember: you have 14 days from receipt of your order to submit your return request.

In order to continuously improve our service, this website provides an electronic function for exercising the right of withdrawal from a purchase made through our online shop.
This function is available in the Customer Area, located at the bottom of the pages of this website, and can be used to notify us of your intention to withdraw from a purchase.
Once the withdrawal request has been submitted, you will receive an email confirming that your request has been received and is being processed. Following the necessary checks, you will receive a second email informing you of the outcome and confirming whether your withdrawal request has been accepted or rejected.
